Tips for Traveling

  • Buy your ticket in advance on your smartphone using the official Île-de-France Mobilités app to save time and avoid queues.
  • Avoid peak hours if possible. Morning (7–9 AM) and evening (5–7 PM) can be crowded. Trains may be full, and space for large suitcases is limited.
  • When traveling to the airport, make sure your train goes all the way to CDG, as some trains terminate at Mitry-Claye.
  • Plan your terminal in advance to avoid confusion and make sure you head to the correct station.
  • Beware of pickpockets. Keep your belongings close and avoid standing near the doors.
